Girls' meetings in Barcelona are gaining momentum. It's December. We can't wait for the snow to fall in Barcelona, so we create our own Christmas atmosphere! This is how our first art workshop went. We were joined by the artist Anita. Her drawing style is cosy, warm and very sentimental. Her illustrations evoke feelings of childhood and magic. You can see more of her work on her Instagram and website! Anita taught the girls how to draw holiday cards in watercolour.
For the arrival of the participants, we prepared everything necessary to start creating immediately. Brushes, paper, paints and, of course, Christmas decorations to create a festive atmosphere.
The girls practised drawing basic elements and, with Anita's help, started to work on the map.
It was interesting to watch the girls paint. Each one had her own style and reflected her individuality.
The little Amor Barcelona Girls also created with us that day. They helped their mothers and cheered us up with their stories, laughter and emotions.
